At Fresh Sugar, we stand behind the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Within 7 days of purchase: you can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment.
Within 14 days of purchase: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit.
Please note that jewelry are final sale.
For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached. A valid receipt must also be presented.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
Not quite right? That’s OK. Please email us at email@example.com within the first 10 day of receiving your purchase, prior to return shipping for approval. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
We do not offer return shipping labels. Items must be in original packaging and in their original state to be eligible for a refund.
